$400.00

2-Week Summer Camp Tuesday-Friday 1:00pm-4:00pm

This two week program will focus on a foundation of basic hand building skills for pinch, coil, slab and extruded pieces. Proposed projects may included, and are not limited to: place setting of dishes (to include utensils), pencil cup, lidded piece, wind chimes, name plate, wall pocket, hanging planter. Students will work at their own level to complete projects their own way, and will do their own work in all phases. Some glazing is staff managed due to time constraints. This is clay, earth products. Wear old shoes and clothes because we will get messy, some articles might get stained.

Parents, babysitters, nannies, person responsible for drop-off/pickup: please be prompt on both ends. There may be no-one to look after early birds/stragglers. Students cannot be in the classroom until the instructor is present. We need to know who has permission to pickup or if there is a change in drivers or carpool. Please send a snack, water is provided. We are in a small room. Parents are invited for the first ten minutes of class then we ask that they depart to go have a good time on their own.

This summer camp was designed for children 9-12 years old.
